Digital Goa, June 19 – Goa Forward Party chief and Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai has criticised Indoco Pharma for allegedly announcing job interviews in Bhoisar and Pune (Maharashtra) and Ahmedabad (Gujarat) for positions based in Goa. Incidentally, Verna Industrial Estate is also listed as one of the interview venues. Sardesai shared a copy of the company’s advertisement on his X handle to support his claims. Calling it a deliberate attempt to bypass Goan youth, he accused the company of being a repeat offender. “Last year they were forced to cancel similar interviews after our intervention,” he added. He also warned both Indoco and the state government that continued exclusion of locals from employment would face strong resistance. “We are putting Indoco and the Govt of Goa on notice,” Vijay warned.
