Feb 24- An arrant criminal has been booked for allegedly stalking and sexually harassing a young woman with obscene behaviour in Panaji yesterday night. The woman who was on a two wheeler with a friend was stopped by the man on two-wheeler yesterday night at around 10.30 pm. The person passed lewd comment and was masturbating while riding the two wheeler, stated the woman in a social media post. Netizens strong reactions prompted the police to commence an extensive search operation for the accused who was eventually identified. The man hails from Tonca – Caranzalem and has several cases of sexual harassment and POCSO against him, as per police. He is presently out on bail.
