Sept 2- High Court has asked Corporation of City of Panaji(CCP) to submit a plan to relocate the meat and fish vendors who have been evacuated from the old and dilapidated building next to Panaji fish market. Court has also sought timeline by which Goa Engineering College would submit stability report of the building. Next hearing in the matter is fixed tomorrow.
