Digital Goa, Feb 24- Karnataka PWD Minister Satish Jarkiholi today inaugurated the repair work of highway from Chorla on Goa border to Belgaum. Several people using this road to travel to Belgaum were facing hardships as the road has been in the pathetic condition for last few years.
