Digital Goa, Feb 21 – Agacaim Police have registered FIR against Mercedes car driver for running over a community dog. The accused is identified as Bambolim resident Bharat. Video of the car running over the dog who was sleeping on road near the gate of the post colony from which the car came out had gone viral. The injured dog who had fled away from the place died after the incident.
