Digital Goa, Dec 15- A Russian National has been arrested from Morjim for being in possession of narcotic drugs worth whooping Rs one crore. High-quality hydroponic weed, charas & LSD together worth Rs 1,00,75,000 were seized during the raid by Anti Narcotic Cell(ANC).
