Session Court reserves order on bail application of AAP chief Amit Palekar in Banastari accident case

Digital Goa, Sept 1 – Panaji Session Court has reserved the verdict on bail application of AAP Goa Chief Amit Palekar in Banastari accident case for Monday. Meantime, court has ordered continuation of interim bail granted to him last night. Lawyer of Palekar argued before Session Court that police can at the most charge him for conspiracy to shield the accident accused which is a bailable offence and therefore he should be granted bail.
