Digital Goa, Aug 28 – Mapusa Municipal Council has commenced drive against encroachments in Mapusa market, near old Asilo Hospital. Some of the vendors have got a stay order from the court to stop the demolition drive. Vendors have alleged that their goods were taken away and thrown out even after requesting the staff and informing that the order has been issued. Incidentally, the drive was discontinued by the squad after receiving the order.
