Digital Goa, July 3 – Results for the 3 panchayat wards which went for bypolls yesterday were announced today. St Estevam- Ward V- Hemant Shet won with 206 votes (57.54% vote share) , Parcem – Ward VII – Ajit Morajkar won with 178 votes(35.25% vote share) , Dramapur-Sirlim Ward II – Minguelina Carvalho won with 179 votes (49.31% vote share ).
