Digital Goa, Jan 11 – Chairperson of Mapusa Municipal Council Shubhangi Vaigankar today resigned from the post ahead of no confidence motion. Fourteen councillors of Mapusa municipality has moved no confidence motion against her recently. She resigned from the post before the no confidence motion came for voting.
