Digital Goa, Jan 4- Senior Congress Leader and Tamil Nadu MP, Manickam Tagore has been appointed as the All India Congress Committee(AICC) In-Charge of Goa with immediate effect. Dinesh Rao who held the post thus far has been made AICC In-Charge of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
