Orissa native history sheeter nabbed for temple thefts across Goa

Digital Goa, Nov 7 – Orissa native History sheeter Santosh Das alias Ghanashyam was nabbed by Goa police for thefts at temples in different parts of Goa including Panaji, Porvorim and Ponda area. Gold worth around Rs 4 lakh has been seized from him. The accused has confessed to being involved in the gold theft case at Khandola Ganesh temple. Incidentally, 42-year-old Das has been nabbed several times earlier in connection with lakhs of rupees worth temple thefts by police across India.
