Digital Goa, Nov 17 – Semi decomposed body of 21-year-old fish vendor was found near canal at St Jose De Areal, Margao today. The deceased, Akhtar Raza was a resident of Dicarpale, Navelim. He was missing from his home since Sunday night. Police are suspecting it to be a case of foul play and said they will take help from forensic experts to investigate the cause of death.
