Digital Goa, Oct 27 – Minister Babush Monserrate and his son and Panaji Mayor Rohit Monserrate have been appointed on the Board of Directors of Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL). Goa govt has re-constituted the Board of Directors of IPSCDL. Other members of the Board include Under Secretary (Finance), Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt of India, Goa govt Chief Secretary, CCP commissioner and other Goa govt officials.
