Digital Goa, Sept 30- Directorate of Fire and Emergency services has invited applications from citizens for enrolment as ‘Aapda Mitra (men volunteers)’ and ‘Aapda Sakhi (women volunteers)’ community volunteers in Disaster Response. Under the scheme, the volunteers in the age group of 18-40 will have to undergo residential 12 days training understanding how to with different types of disasters.
