Digital Goa, Oct 16 – A 74-year-old lady from Quepem was injured in unsuccessful attempt by one bike borne men to snatch her gold chain. The incident occurred at Quepem, when the woman identified as Bella Travasso was going to the church today morning at around 6.15 am. A man who came on a two-wheeler stopped her on the pretext of asking for directions and tried to snatch her gold chain. Travasso raised an alarm following which the miscreant pushed her down and fled from the scene. She was injured in the incident and had to be shifted to hospital for treatment.
