Digital Goa, Sept 9 – Goa govt will launch ‘Natural farming’ initiative in the state on Sept 20, informed CM Pramod Sawant today. Natural Farming is promoted by NITI Ayog as a traditional,chemical-free agroecology based diversified farming system which integrates crops, trees and livestock with functional biodiversity. “Farmers will be taken into confidence while implementing the initiative,” said Sawant.
Places where drugs and regulation violations co-exist will be demolished on priority
“Drugs and illegality will not be tolerated by Goa govt at any cost. Wherever drugs and illegalities jointly exist, demolition will be done on priority,” said Sawant while reacting to ongoing demolition of Curlies Night Club. Sawant also said that everyone involved in land grabbing will be arrested.
