Digital Goa, Aug 23 – North Goa Additional Sessions court today acquitted all three accused in the 2017 labourer murder case. The trio, Manjunath Koli (26 years) from Caranzalem and native of Karnataka; Rajkumar Jaigudi (24 years), a resident of Tonca-Panaji and a native of Nepal and the Aniket Naik (29 years) from Caranzalem, had allegedly brutally assaulted labourer Manoj Yadav at Campal, Panaji leading to his death. 35-years-old Yadav was a native of Gaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Police had said that time that the deceased labourer is a victim of mistaken identity as the accused had come to assault the roadside vendor with whom they had heated arguments earlier.
