Digital Goa, June 12 – Pernem police apprehended a 21-year-old man for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl from Malpem, Pernem. The accused and the girl were found at Gurgaon, Haryana. Girls’ father who is a Bihar native and presently staying at labour camp at M.Venkat.Rao infra project private limited ,Malpem, Pernem had filed the complaint in this regards.
