Digital Goa, June 18 – Several residents of Old Goa lead by Cumbarjua MLA Rajesh Phaldessai today held protest against Baiguinim garbage treatment plant. “We will not allow garbage treatment plant to be set up here at any cost”, said protesters. This is a heritage Village where lakhs of tourist come every year. The proposed garbage treatment plant land is surrounded by schools and residence colonies, they added.
