Digital Goa, May 31 – Goa Civil Service Officer Narayan Gad has been appointed as Commissioner of Excise with additional charge of Additional Commissioner of Excise through an order issued today. Vijay Saxena has been appointed as Director of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation through another order.
