Digital Goa, June 13 – Belarus national was nabbed with narcotic drug charas worth Rs 1.5 lakh by Pernem police. The accused identified as 30-year-old Aliaksei Halendukin was found in possession of 152 gram of black sticky substance, suspected to be charas.
