Will represent to govt and seek remedial action through court : GMOEA on vacation order to 88 mining leases

Digital Goa, May 5 – Reacting to government notices to 88 former mining lease holders to vacate respective lease areas, Goa Mineral Ore Exporters Association (GMOEA) today said that they will represent appropriately to the Government as well as follow necessary remedial actions through the Judicial Courts. “We are given to understand from our members that they have received these notices. There is No order. Incidentally these matters are presently being heard before the High Court. We shall have to represent appropriately to the Government as well as follow necessary remedial actions through the Hon’ble Judicial Courts,” said GMOEA.
