Digital Goa, May 29 – Anjuna Police today arrested West Bengal native, 27-year-old Masum Rehman, presently residing at Dangui colony, Mapusa for being in illegal possession of narcotics drugs ganja weighing 1.3 kg, worth Rs 1.3 lakh.
