Digital Goa, May 5 – BJP will file nomination of Siddesh Shripad Naik as party candidate for the post of North Goa Zilla Panchayat Chairperson. The post had gone vacant after Kartik Kudnekar resigned from the post in the second week of April,2022. As BJP dominates NGPDA with nearly 18 ZP members, Siddhesh is likely to be elected unopposed. The elections for the post are to be held on May 9. Bye-elections for the 3 vacant ZP seats will be held along with Panchayat elections, informed BJP state President Sadanad Shet Tanavade.
