Digital Goa, Mar 20 – Congress has charged Goa police of victimising youth by coming under political pressure in the Mormugao Holi incident. Speaking to media after visiting Mormugao police station, Congress leaders termed the incident as fight between two families. Ruling party has pressurised police to file police cases against bystanders just to harass supporters of Sankalp Amonkar, Michael Lobo alleged. “The court immediately rejected police version and gave bail to all accused in first instance. Now, police filed new FIRs against them with same sections. This is a clear case of harassment by ruling party by using police force”, he added.
