Congress challenges High Court’s dismissal of disqualification petition against 10 MLAs who switched to BJP

Digital Goa, Mar 9 – GPCC President Girish Chodankar has approached the Supreme Court challenging the judgment and order dated Feb 24,2022 of the High Court of Bombay at Goa dismissing the Writ Petition wherein the High court had upheld the order of the Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly dismissing the Disqualification Petition filed against 10 members of INC who had crossed the floor over to BJP in the Goa Legislative Assembly.
