Digital Goa, Feb 23 – Draft proposals of delimitation of village Panchayat Wards prepared by the Electoral Registration Officers(EROs) will be available for public suggestions, modifications, corrections etc from tomorrow Feb 24 to March 2,2022. Goa State Election Commission (GSEC) has issued a public notice to this effect today. The GSEC has initiated the task of dividing the Village Panachayat areas into wards for ensuing General Elections to the 186 village panchayats in the year 2022. The drafts will be available for scrutiny in the office of the respective EROs i.e. Mamlatdars, Jt Mamlatdars. The elections are likely to be held around June 2022.
