Digital Goa, Jan 31- Shiv Sena Panaji candidate Shailendra Velingkar has withdrawn his nomination in support of Independent candidate Utpal Parrikar in Panaji constituency. Today was the last date of withdrawal. “I am withdrawing my nomination in the directions of party high command”, he said.
