Digital Goa, Dec 15 – Congress leader Sankalp Amonkar today filed a complaint at the women cell of Panaji station against Urban Development Minister Milind Naik for his alleged involvement in sex scandal. Amonkar has accused Naik of sexually abusing a woman from Bihar, threatening her with dire consequences and also forcing her to undergo abortion. Amonkar said that, as a proof of the minister’s misdeeds he has attached along with the complaint victim lady’s mobile phone containing audio, video messages and detailed Whatsapp chats between her and the minister.
Speaking after filing the complaint, Sankalp showed prints of the Whatsapp chats and photos of the minister in compromising position to media persons. He said the victim herself gave her phone to him to file a police complaint before she moved to Bihar.He also played audio clips of the discussions of the victim and the minister during the press briefing. Amonkar said that he had met CM Sawant and informed him about the scandal on Nov 9 and intimated Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai about the same on Nov 17.
“I will go to the court if the need be. I am ready to get arrested. I will not file for anticipatory bail as I have not done anything wrong,” Sankalp asserted.
