Digital Goa, Dec 22- Panaji, Taleigao, parts of St Andre constituency and Querim, Ponda will have restricted water supply on Dec 22 and Dec 23 as pipeline supplying water to the areas has been damaged at Bhoma. The pipeline was damaged allegedly during laying of electricity pole.
