Digital Goa, Dec 23 – Pernem MLA and Tourism Minister Babu Azgaokar has expressed confidence that he would get BJP ticket in the forthcoming assembly elections. When asked about the rumours that he may be denied BJP ticket this time, Azgaokar said that BJP will never ditch him as he has been strongly with the BJP. “The issue is not who is local and who is outsider. What is important is that who can do development. I am sure party will take note of my good work. Many people have come to politics to make money from the big projects coming to Pernem”, he added.
