Digital Goa, Sept 28 – State Congress today demanded replacement of State Chief Electoral Officer(CEO) Kunal (IAS) alleging that he is not being neutral and unbiased. State Congress as well as party Election Observer P Chidambaram has written to Election Commission of India in this regards, informed GPCC President Girish Chodankar. Alleging that during his 6 odd years of tenure in Goa the officer has failed to remain neutral Congress demanded that he should be replaced with another officer immediately. “His r term has ended. He also has several other portfolios with him due to which he reports to CM and other BJP ministers. In addition there was no fairness in his conduct in the last election. He has shown favoritism to ruling BJP,” alleged Chodankar.
