Digital Goa, Aug 30 – High Court today permitted Goa government to allow fully vaccinated persons to enter Goa without covid negative certificate. In July this year, Goa government had moved an application before HC seeking directions to permit fully vaccinated (with both covid vaccine doses)persons to enter the State in the absence of a COVID-19 negative certificate. Presently only fully Goa residents were permitted to enter the state without covid negative certificate.
