Digital Goa, Aug 29 – Young distiller Jai Dhavan who had made a mark in the field at a young age died due to drowning at Colva yesterday night. The incident occurred between Sernabatim and Colva beach late night yesterday. Jai who is a resident of Fatorda had gone for a late night swim with a few friends. He got pulled into the water due to high tide. His friends managed to pull him out of water and take him to Hospicio Hospital where he was declared brought dead. Police have registered case of unnatural death.
Jai was distiller of famous gin brands ‘Greater Than’ and Hapus gin.
