Digital Goa, July 27 – Goa Desk In-charge of Congress Party Dinesh Gundu Rao has announced that the party is open for alliances, informed CLP leader Digambar Kamat today. “Modalities will be discussed. Leadership’s decision will be final,” he added. “Mr Gundu Rao spoke to me two days ago. He has said that the Congress leadership has agrees to an alliance with Goa Forward. We have to discuss the modalities. Those are not discussed yet,” said Goa Forward Chief Vijai Sardesai.
