Digital Goa, May 27 – Lyndon Pereira and Deepali Sawal officially declared as chairperson and deputy chairperson of Margao Municipal Council. Meanwhile, two councilors of Model Margao camp – Ghanashyam Prabhu Shirodkar and Damodar Shirodkar – have alleged that they were not taken into confidence by their leader Digambar Kamat while selecting chairperson and deputy chairperson candidates. They have threatened to reconsider the support if Kamat fails to provide satisfactory clarification.
