Digital Goa, Mar 29 – South Goa MP Francis Sardinha has charged GPCC President Girish Chodankar of destroying Congress party in the state. Senior party leader Sardinha today said that most leaders in the party are of the opinion that Congress party will grow in the state only if Chodankar steps down as state Congress chief.
