Digital Goa, Feb 22- Municipalities and CCP will be allotted funds to the tune of Rs 1 crore for developmental projects from the Rs 300 crore allotted by the center as part of 60 years of liberation celebration informed CM Pramod Sawant today. He was speaking at the launch of the Swayampurna Goa initiative for 14 Municipalities. Municipalities will have to submit developmental project ideas through the Swayampurna Mitra’s appointed by the govt and payment will also be made by the govt to ensure that the funds do not lie unutilized with the Municipalities, said CM. He asked the Municipalities to look into the matters related to regularization of govt property in the municipal areas.
