Not in favour of any alliance for civic polls, says Francisco Sardinha

Amid talk of an alliance between Congress and Goa Forward Party (GFP) for the Margao civic polls, South Goa MP Francisco Sardinha on Wednesday said he wasn’t in favour of any tie-up between political parties as the elections weren’t being held on party lines.
