Digital Goa, Jan 28 – Circular issued by vigilance dept about irrevocable NoCs of lands from tenants for building govt projects has been kept in abeyance, CM Pramod Sawant informed the house today. CM said that an order to this effect has been issued on Jan 1, 2021. Opposition strongly objected to the circular stating that it is against development.
