Digital Goa, Jan 27- Opposition members were put on notice by Speaker Rajesh Patnekar under breach of privilege for showing placards and flags to governor after his speech on Monday, Jan 25. Thivim MLA Nilkanth Halarnkar had moved breach of privilege motion. Speaker warned that he is giving last warning to the opposition members. “Opposition MLAs protest during Governor’s speech is a serious breach of privilege. These MLAs are put on notice. Prior permission of speaker is needed before bringing placards in the house,” he said. Opposition has done a major mistake by showing banners after governor’s speech opined BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanawade.
