Digital Goa, Jan 24- Valpoi MLA and Cabinet Minister Vishwajeet Rane today asked people of Sattari to file the papers that they have with them and submit their claims for land ownership. Pointing out that there is significant variation in the type of land related documents in possession of people of Sattari Rane said, Some have provision documents, some have final documents, some do not have any documents.
“File the papers that you have with Dy Collector. We as BJP govt will take up the issue,” he assured.
“For land rights we have to go as per procedures. Forest related issues come under central Act and not under Goa Act. Goa govt cannot do any different kind of manipulation in that,” said Rane. He also informed that as per info given by the Sattari Dy Collector, 100 applications are pending regarding encroachment on revenue land.
