Digital Goa, Jan 22 – BJP government in Goa has fulfilled 40 percent assurances given in the 2017 Assembly polls manifesto claimed CM Pramod Sawant today. Stating that for one year, late CM Parrikar was sick and the next year work was affected due to Covid Pandemic, he said “Maximum works will be done in this one year. That is our target.” CM was speaking in an interview to the local Doordarshan channel. “We are weeding out non eligible beneficiaries of social welfare schemes. Some beneficiaries are residing in neighboring states,” he said. He urged rich people to give up benefits of BPL scheme so that more eligible people can benefit from the scheme.
