Digital Goa, Jan 28 – Goa government has constituted a nine member dedicated migrant cell under labour secretary, for resolving the problems of migrant labourers who come to Goa in search of work. The cell will also be responsible for developing database of migrant workers in the state and setting up of migration facilitation centre for extending benefits/schemes of govt to migrant workers.The cell will work in conjunction with the Centre’s national migrant support portal (NMSP).
