Digital Goa, Jan 24- CM Pramod Sawant today asserted that govt will not allow extraction of sand from rivers through suction pipes. Govt agencies are verifying whether sand mining can be done in traditional way in Goa, he added. CM was speaking at the inaugural function of Swami Vivekanand Centre at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao.
