Goa CM Pramod Sawant defies Centre’s advisory, allows free-for-all on New Year Eve

Chief minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday defied an advisory from the Centre as well as pointed suggestions from his own health minister to bring in measures to enforce safety precautions ahead of New Year's celebrations in the state.
