Digital Goa, Dec 29 – The disqualification case filed against the State Legislative speaker and 10 defecting Goa MLAs by Congress leader Girish Chodankar is listed for hearing in the Supreme Court on Jan 4. The case is likely to come before the Chief Justice, Justice A. S. Bopanna and Justice V. Ramasubramanian. The 10 MLAs had defected from Congress and joined BJP. Congress has also filed an interlocutory application before the Supreme Court seeking early hearing of the writ petition.
