Digital Goa, Dec 29 – Chairperson and Dy Chairperson of North and South Goa Zilla Panachayats will be elected on January 8. Panchayat department has issued notice to this effect. Goa government has earlier issued a notification reserving the post of Chairperson of South Goa Zilla Panchayat and the post of Deputy Chairperson of North Goa Zilla Panchayat for woman candidates.
