Police register complaint against group after video of ruthless attack on a man on busy Panaji street goes viral

Digital Goa, Nov 25- Panaji police have registered offense against all those who were involved in the attack on a man on the Dayanand Bandodkar Marg, in front of Casino entry jetty in Panaji after video of the man being mercilessly beaten, right in the middle of the road by a group of people went viral on social media. The attackers had left the injured man on the road and pushed off from the scene. One person from the video has been identified and offence is registered against all the accused under section 160 (for committing affray) of IPC informed police.
